Refund policy

All sales are final. Our products are cosmetics that touch the lips and skin, so for hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds. This applies to all products, including items bought during offers or with discount codes.

Please check your cart carefully before ordering, including product names, shades, and quantities. Shades may look slightly different in person than on screen, depending on your device and lighting.

Wrong or damaged items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After we review your request, we will send the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost. Requests sent after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order only before it is handed to our shipping partner. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refused or undelivered orders may be charged shipping fees.
