You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including the phone number, name, delivery address and order messages we use for WhatsApp order confirmation.

To make a request, email us at support@ckushy.com from the email address used for your order, or contact us through our website or our official social media pages, and tell us the order number if you have it. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. We will delete or anonymise your information within 30 days, except for information we must keep to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
