شروط الخدمة

By using ckushy.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not included in product prices; they are calculated by delivery area and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices, offers, or product availability at any time without notice.

Offers and discounts
Promotional offers, such as bundle deals, are applied automatically or with a discount code, as stated in the offer. Offers are valid only for their stated period and while stock lasts. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.

Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may contact you by phone to verify your order before shipping. We may refuse or cancel any order if a product is out of stock, a pricing or listing error occurred, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment
You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Final sale
All products are cosmetics, so all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, except for wrong or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Product information and use
We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but actual shades may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies to listed ingredients.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be posted on this page.
